Stockholm syndrome is the name given to a psychological response or condition whereby kidnap victims begin to sympathize with and show loyalty to their captors. I can certainly understand how this could happen – honestly. This week I’ve been taken away to a strange and cold land far from home. (What do you mean Steve Aoki is DJing here this week? It’s a strange land far from home – don’t interrupt my intro.) Strangely enough, in this unfamiliar environment, I find myself surrounded by all sorts of stylish and super friendly people who all speak perfect English. I’m starting to feel at home already and when it’s time to actually go home, I may not even want to. See…Stockholm syndrome…just like they warned me about. Silliness aside, it’s Fashion Week by Berns in Stockholm this week. I’m here shooting street style photos of the attractive locals and blogging about the scene. I shot these photos yesterday when I went to shows from Rodebjer and The Local Firm. I’m running off now to a show – more photos to come! xx eddie

Nice pics of great swedish styles! The fashionweek is the best, looking forward to see more photos!
Best regards from Sofia (the brunette with the light denims)
Wow, the swedish people look a hundred times better than Dutch people. Haha.
I like these pictures, do you make them yourself? what camera + lens are you using? I use canon EOS 400D and 50mm, f/1.8
Love the outfit in the first photo – the military jacket and black bottoms with the gold stripe are perfect. Not over the top in the slightest… I think theis is where Europeans get it right, they know that sometimes less is more.
