Hey it’s Eddie here. Check it out - here for your perusal are loads more photos I shot this past weekend of the stylish kids who turned out for the Vegoose Festival in Las Vegas. You didn’t think I was through yet, did you?! I also tossed in a few photos that I shot around town - just because Vegas looks so cool and strange - and also because in whatever you do, context is important. But you guys already knew this…

Some of these are good. Can i just say I’m sorta over the whole American apparel hipster crap? they kinda look like tards. I’m going for the effortlessly chic ( the girl in the striped dress and boots-lovely).
Yeah there was a whole lotta American Apparel goin’ on at Vegoose. I noticed it while shooting but didn’t REALLY notice it until I looked back over my photos - even people who weren’t rockin’ it head-to-toe would often have at least one piece on. I generally think it looks cute, but you are right that it can look stupid too. You can sort of OD on it when you see too much of it in a short time span. Also - some people seem to think that wearing American Apparel head-to-toe is somehow a “Halloween costume.” Don’t really get this.
The girl with the striped dress is great - she looks like Jane Birkin.
Wearing American Apparel head to toe when it looks like 80’s workout gear does make it a Halloween costume (unless that is really what you wear to workout in). Especially when you are doing squats and lunges, and the classic favorite jumping jacks. Halloween is about having fun, a fun attitude is what makes the clothes. Being bold enough to not care about what other people say and not care about what brand you wear is the biggest fashion statement of all.
